Windows 10 and an Epson XP800 printer. I am trying to use "Microsoft print to PDF". I wish to convert a number of layout pages for a book from jpg to pdf, I have created a custom size page 14 x 5 inches. When I press print, the page reverts to A4, Epson say it is a Microsoft fault and Microsoft say it is an Epson fault. Am I asking too much of the software, can anyone offer advise and help?
