Windows 8.1. A friend recently died and his wife now has his Toshiba Satellite which she is unable to open. There are two passwords but neither will allow the computer to open. It is believed there could be family photographs on the computer so the idea of clearing the disc is no something she is willing to do. Any ideas please.
